As the weather heats up and the days get longer heading inside to cook is the last thing we want to do.  May's first class focuses on dishes that come together quickly and are perfect for the grill.  My second menu focuses on some great healthy dinners and a cool dessert that you can and will use all summer.

My ultimate goal is to replace book clubs everywhere with cooking clubs, teach people how easy and joyful cooking can be and share recipes that are healthy and that the whole family will eat.

Classes are demonstration style and are about 21/2 hours in length. Classes take place in your kitchen or mine and consist of 4-5 recipes.  A full meal is eaten at the end of class and each participant gets a recipe packet to take home with them.  I bring everything needed including groceries (staff too if your over 8) and show up 90minutes before the start time to get things ready.  



$95 per person from minimum of 5 and up to 10 people

$80 per person 11 to 15 people
